Sensory Table

Will a child notice the difference with fresh fruits and vegetables? You bet! We all know it tastes better, but our teachers observe the full sensory experience at mealtimes. Students see and comment on the vibrant green color and aromatic smell of a honeydew. They can feel the little hairs on a fresh cucumber and giggle when they bite and hear that crunch sound! Oh, What fun we have learning about our world at the Primrose table!
